We understand that hardships arise and at times our members may be unable to pay the full balance due. That is why we created the Deferred Payment Plan, to help our members work out a short-term payment arrangement to prevent disconnection and get back on track. The goal of this program is to setup manageable payments for our members and help our members save money in penalties while participating on the program. Once the program is complete and the account is caught up, our member is expected to keep the account current.
