2025 scholarship opportunities 

In 2025, H-D Electric Cooperative will award a $1,000 Basin Electric scholarship and three $500 scholarships to our members or their dependents. All the scholarships use the same Basin Electric application form.

The selection procedure is handled by a committee at the local level and the candidates must provide information regarding ACT and SAT ratings, GPA, and extracurricular school and community activities.

One of the scholarships will have a preference for a student pursuing an electrical or energy-related field.

The applicant must be a student enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time graduate or undergraduate course at an accredited, two-year, or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical school.

Applications are due February 10, 2025
